Buying
How do I buy something?
Find the game and category on the marketplace, open an offer and check the description, delivery time and seller rating. Choose the quantity and tap Buy now. The money moves from your balance into escrow, and the order chat opens so you can talk to the seller.
When should I confirm an order?
Only after you have received everything and checked it works: log in to the account, redeem the code, or check the items in game. Confirming releases the money to the seller and can't be undone. Never confirm because a seller asks you to before delivery.
Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
Open the order and tap “Something's wrong: open a dispute”. Choose the reason and explain what happened, and add screenshots in the chat. The money stays in escrow and a moderator reads the chat and decides: refund you or pay the seller.
What if the account I bought gets recovered?
Change the password, email and recovery details as soon as you receive an account. If the seller or the original owner takes it back, open a dispute or a support ticket with screenshots. Under Rule 3.7 you can get up to a full refund.
Deposits and withdrawals
How do I add money with Whish?
Open Wallet, choose Whish Money and send the exact amount in USD to the number shown. Then enter the amount, the Whish number you sent from and the transfer reference from your receipt. Your balance is credited after a moderator checks the payment arrived.
How do I pay with USDT (BEP20)?
Open Wallet and choose USDT (BEP20). Send USDT only on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) to the address shown; other networks or coins are lost. Then paste your sending wallet address and the transaction hash (TxID).
How do I pay with Binance Pay?
Open Wallet and choose Binance Pay. Scan the QR code with the Binance app or send to the nickname shown. Then enter your Binance Pay ID or nickname and the Binance Pay order ID from your history.
How long do deposits take?
Deposits are checked by hand, usually within a few hours. You'll get a notification when it's credited. If it takes longer than a day, open a support ticket with the topic “Deposit or top-up”.
How do withdrawals work?
Open Wallet, choose Withdraw, pick the method and enter where to send the money. Moderators send withdrawals by hand, usually within 24 hours. Withdrawals above the verification limit need a verified account.
Selling
How do I become a seller?
Open Sell and fill in the application: which games, what you'll sell and where your goods come from. A moderator reviews it, usually within a day. Once approved, the Seller centre opens and you can post offers.
When do I get paid?
When the buyer confirms, the order closes and your earnings (after the category commission) are held for 2 days as a warranty. After that they move to your available balance and you can withdraw them.
What is automatic delivery?
For gift cards and keys, paste your codes when you post the offer. Each buyer receives a code right after paying. Accounts and services can't use automatic delivery because they need a conversation.
How do I get more buyers?
Write clear titles, add photos, reply quickly and deliver on time. Raise your offers to the top every 4 hours. Good reviews move you up from New to Bronze, Silver and Gold, and a verified badge builds trust.
Safety
Why can't I share my WhatsApp or Telegram?
Deals moved outside PayLBnow aren't protected by escrow, and that's where most scams happen. Sharing contact details breaks Rule 1.1, and the chat blocks common messengers, phone numbers and payment apps.
How do I spot a scam?
Be careful if someone asks you to pay outside the site, confirm before delivery, or move to another app; if a price is far below others; or if a new seller has no reviews for an expensive item. Report the offer and contact support.
