Terms of Service

1

About PayLBnow

PayLBnow is an online marketplace where users buy and sell digital goods and services for video games. PayLBnow is not the seller of the goods listed. It provides the platform, holds payments in escrow and helps resolve disputes.

2

Who can use it

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live, or use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission where the law allows. You are responsible for everything done with your account.

3

Buying and selling

By posting an offer, a seller promises they own the goods and have the right to sell them. By paying, a buyer agrees to the offer’s description. All trades follow the PayLBnow Rules, which are part of these terms.

4

Payments, escrow and fees

Payments are held until the buyer confirms delivery or a moderator decides a dispute. Seller earnings are held for 2 days after each completed order. PayLBnow charges a commission on completed sales, shown per category. Deposits are credited after the payment is confirmed. Withdrawals are sent to the details you provide.

5

Game publishers

Trading accounts and items may break the terms of the game or platform involved. Buyers and sellers accept that risk. PayLBnow is not connected to or endorsed by any game publisher.

6

Suspensions

PayLBnow can remove offers, freeze balances during an investigation, and suspend accounts that break the rules or the law, as described in the Rules.

7

Liability

PayLBnow provides the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, PayLBnow is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by game publishers, payment providers, or users acting against the rules.

8

Changes

These terms and the Rules may change. Continuing to use PayLBnow after a change means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced on the site.

Privacy Policy

1

What we collect

Your nickname, the offers, orders, messages and reviews you post, payment details you submit for deposits and withdrawals (wallet addresses, Binance Pay IDs, Whish numbers and transaction IDs), support tickets, and basic activity such as when you were last online.

2

How we use it

To run the marketplace: process orders, check payments, settle disputes, prevent fraud, enforce the Rules and answer support requests.

3

Who can see it

Other users see your nickname, offers, reviews and online status. Deposits, withdrawals, seller applications and support tickets are visible only to you and moderators. Moderators can read order chats to settle disputes.

4

Payment providers

When you pay with USDT, Binance Pay or Whish Money, those services process your payment under their own terms and privacy policies.

5
