PayLBnow Rules

Every user agrees to these before their first purchase, sale or message. Each rule shows the sanction for breaking it. Moderators cite rules by number when they act.

1. General rules

1.1

Don’t give other users your contact details (messengers, social media profiles, phone numbers), and don’t use contact details another user gives you. This also applies after an order is finished.

Sanction: First accidental violation: temporary suspension. Repeat violations: permanent suspension and frozen payouts.

1.2

Don’t post fake reviews, use reviews to blackmail anyone, or change a review on an old order without a real reason.

Sanction: Fake reviews are deleted. Repeat violations: suspension.

1.3

Don’t pass another user’s personal information (nickname, player ID, payment amounts) to third parties to harm them.

Sanction: Suspension of all your current and future accounts and frozen payouts.

1.4

Don’t buy or sell PayLBnow accounts.

Sanction: Immediate permanent suspension of all your accounts.

1.5

Profile pictures can’t contain links, site names, illegal or pornographic content, or political material.

Sanction: Picture removed. Repeat violations: suspension.

1.6

Nicknames can’t contain links, site names, illegal or political content.

Sanction: Your nickname is changed.

1.7

In public chat: no selling, offer links, advertising other trading sites, misplaced bulk requests, attacking other sellers, spam, flooding, insults, politics or illegal content.

Sanction: Temporary chat ban. Repeat violations: suspension.

1.8

In private chat: no insults, threats, offer spam, flooding, political pressure, or sending sexual content nobody asked for.

Sanction: Warning. Repeat violations: temporary suspension.

1.9

No advertising, spam or mass messaging of other users.

Sanction: Temporary or permanent suspension.

1.10

No fraud, deception or deliberately harming other users.

Sanction: Permanent suspension of all your current and future accounts and frozen payouts.

1.11

Don’t use orders or the site to move money between payment systems or bank accounts, and no carding or other financial fraud.

Sanction: Permanent suspension of all your current and future accounts and frozen payouts.

1.12

Don’t send links to file or image hosting sites unless the order really needs it, for example sending login details as a screenshot.

Sanction: Warning. Repeat violations: suspension.

Sellers who want to work together can ask the moderators to exchange contacts through support. Swapping them in chat or adding each other on other apps still breaks Rule 1.1.

Moderators may place test orders to check that sellers follow the rules.

Moderators can reduce or cancel any sanction they consider unfair.

2. Rules for sellers

2.1. What sellers must not do

2.1.1

Deliver goods or services without payment through PayLBnow, or trade goods for goods.

Sanction: Temporary suspension and loss of instant payouts.

3.1

If the seller refuses tasks from the moderator, ignores the moderator, or goes inactive during a dispute.

Sanction: Refund to the buyer of up to 100%.

3.2

If the seller refuses to help the buyer, ignores their questions, or provides no service.

Sanction: Refund to the buyer of up to 100%.

3.3

If the buyer is penalised in the game because the goods were obtained illegally (fraud, bug exploits).

Sanction: Refund to the buyer of up to 100%.

3.4

If the buyer is penalised in the game for buying currency or items.

Sanction: Refund to the buyer of up to 50%.

3.5

The seller pays any in-game transfer fee, so the buyer receives the full amount ordered, unless the category says otherwise.

Sanction: The fee amount is refunded to the buyer.

3.6

Top-up prices must not count bonuses or promotions toward the amount sold.

Sanction: Partial refund equal to the bonus value.

3.7

If the buyer loses access to a purchased account because the seller or the original owner recovered it.

Sanction: Refund to the buyer of up to 100%.

3.8

If a purchased account is banned by the game for being traded.

3.13

If the seller stops a service partway through without a good reason.

Sanction: The seller is paid 50% of the work completed.

3.14

If the seller misses the agreed deadline.

Sanction: Payment is reduced in proportion to the delay.

Every dispute is reviewed individually. Agreements between the buyer and seller in the order chat are taken into account.

4. Orders, escrow and disputes

4.1

Every payment goes through PayLBnow. The money is held in escrow until the order is closed.

4.2

Confirm an order only after you have received and checked everything. Confirming releases the payment to the seller and can’t be undone.

4.3

If something is wrong, open a dispute instead of confirming. Never confirm early because a seller asks you to.

4.4

When you buy an account, change its password, email and recovery details as soon as you receive it.

4.5

A buyer can open a dispute while an order is awaiting delivery or awaiting confirmation. The payment stays in escrow until a moderator decides, and that decision is final for the order.

4.6

If the buyer doesn’t confirm or open a dispute within 72 hours of delivery, the seller can close the order.

4.7

PayLBnow takes a commission from each completed sale. The rate depends on the category (accounts, currency, items, services, gift cards and top-ups) and is shown on the offer page.

4.8

Only the buyer of a completed order can review it, once.

4.9

Seller earnings are held for 2 days after an order is completed, as a warranty period. During the hold the seller can still refund the buyer, and the buyer can open a dispute if a problem appears. A dispute freezes the seller’s earnings for as long as it takes: they are released only when a moderator decides to refund the buyer, pay the seller, or split the amount.

4.10

Sellers can refund an order themselves at any time until the hold ends, or while a dispute keeps it frozen. The full amount goes back to the buyer’s balance.

4.11

Add funds with USDT (TRC20 or BEP20), Binance Pay or Whish Money. Send the exact amount to the details on the wallet page, then submit your sending wallet or number and the transaction ID. Your balance is credited once a moderator confirms the payment arrived.

4.12

Submitting a fake or reused transaction ID is fraud under Rule 1.10.

4.13

Withdrawals are sent by moderators to the method and details you enter. Double-check them: money sent to wrong details you provided can’t be recovered.

5. Becoming a seller

5.1

Anyone can buy. Selling needs a seller account approved by a moderator.

5.2

Your application must say honestly what you will sell and where your goods come from. False information is fraud under Rule 1.10.

5.3

Moderators can reject an application or remove seller status at any time if the rules aren’t followed. When seller status is removed, your offers are hidden; open orders are still settled.
